Recently we carried out pigeon preventative measures in Wakefield on the Queen Elizabeth grammar school after a large infestation of pigeons had suddenly turned up from a building that had been demolished close by, they had started to night roost on schools ledges and were causing public health hazards with their droppings around the school. Access machinery was hired to reach high areas on the school so bird spikes could be fitted to areas the pigeons were roosting.
