This customer was woken up during the night by scratching and gnawing noise but didn’t have a clue to what it could be until they went into the kitchen the following morning and noticed damage to the bottom of the kitchen door, we were called in and after pulling the washing machine from underneath the kitchen units we found more damage and the entry point the culprit was gaining access into the property.
