This customer kept having reoccurring Rat problems within his garage and couldn’t work out how they were getting in.
After calling us in we located a redundant drainage pipe which the Rats were coming out from. A 2 x visit treatment plan was put in place and the uncapped pipe was reduced and proofed with wire mesh and cement to prevent Rats coming up from the drainage system.
