This customer had a Rat gnaw through the sanitary flexibility pipe at the back of their toilet system to gain access into the property.
We located the entry point externally where damage had been caused to the main sanitary waste pipe which was allowing Rats to come and go to.
A control treatment was carried out in 2 visits and then we replaced the damage pipe externally.
